Anti-NDUFS6 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against NDUFS6. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 29-124 of human NDUFS6 (NP_004544.1). The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB) with a recommended working dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000. It has been verified to react with Mouse and Rat samples.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 14 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
