Anti-NDUFS4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human NDUFS4 immunogen and is intended for the detection of endogenous NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] iron-sulfur protein 4 (also known as Complex I-18 kDa, CI-AQDQ, or CI-18 kDa), the mitochondrial 18 kDa accessory subunit of respiratory chain Complex I. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol; it is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) on a panel of cell line extracts and immunofluorescence (IF) on U2OS cells, with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples. As a polyclonal host-rabbit IgG preparation, the reagent provides broad epitope coverage of the NDUFS4 target and is suitable for routine research use in studies of mitochondrial electron transport and oxidative phosphorylation, though it is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
