Anti-NDUFS3 Antibody

NDUFS3 (NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase core subunit S3) is a nuclear-encoded iron-sulfur protein that anchors the peripheral arm of mitochondrial respiratory Complex I. The subunit contributes directly to NADH oxidation, transferring electrons from NADH through the flavin and iron-sulfur clusters toward ubiquinone during oxidative phosphorylation. Pathogenic variants in NDUFS3 are associated with Leigh syndrome and other inherited complex I deficiency disorders that impair cellular ATP generation.
