Anti-NDUFS1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the NDUFS1 protein (NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase 75 kDa subunit, mitochondrial; also known as CI-75kD), the core catalytic subunit of mitochondrial respiratory Complex I. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human NDUFS1 immunogen and affinity-purified, enabling selective detection of the endogenous target in human, mouse, and rat samples without the need for a labeled conjugate. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, packaged in a 50 µL vial formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant.
