Anti-NDUFB9 Antibody

Raised in rabbits and affinity purified, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent recognizes human and mouse NDUFB9, the B9 subunit of mitochondrial respiratory Complex I (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase). The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of ready-to-use stock in a single vial and is validated for western blot detection of the denatured target in lysates from cultured cells and tissue samples. Useful for probing Complex I assembly, mitochondrial biogenesis, and OXPHOS profiling in cellular and animal models of metabolic and neurodegenerative disease.
