Anti-NDUFB7 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NDUFB7, an accessory subunit of mitochondrial respiratory Complex I (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase) that contributes to the first step of oxidative phosphorylation. Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, it is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, packaged as a 100 µl vial. The unconjugated antibody was raised in rabbit and validated specifically for Western blot (WB) applications, where it recognizes a band corresponding to the NDUFB7 protein.

Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting use across mammalian models in studies of mitochondrial bioenergetics, Complex I assembly, and electron transport chain function. The polyclonal nature of the reagent allows recognition of multiple epitopes on NDUFB7, increasing tolerance to minor sample variation.
