Anti-NDUFB6 Antibody

The NDUFB6 antibody distributed by Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B6, an accessory subunit of mitochondrial respiratory Complex I (NADH dehydrogenase). Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, this unconjugated primary antibody is supplied as 100 µl of serum that supports probing of Complex I assembly, steady-state subunit levels, and mitochondrial biogenesis in cell-based and tissue-based assays.
