Anti-NDUFAF4 Antibody

NDUFAF4 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase complex assembly factor 4) is a mitochondrial assembly factor required for the biogenesis and stability of Complex I within the electron transport chain. This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets the human NDUFAF4 protein, enabling investigation of mitochondrial respiratory chain function, oxidative phosphorylation, and inherited disorders such as Leigh syndrome, in which NDUFAF4 mutations have been reported.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, the unconjugated reagent allows detection of endogenous NDUFAF4 in cell lysates and formalin-fixed tissue sections.
