Anti-NDUFA9 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against NDUFA9, also known as NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 9, a mitochondrial member of the complex I NDUFA9 subunit family involved in stabilizing the junction between the membrane and matrix arms of complex I. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 129–174 of human NDUFA9 and detects endogenous levels of NDUFA9 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 39 kDa.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
