Anti-NDUFA5 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against NDUFA5 (NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 5), a 13 kDa subunit of mitochondrial Complex I also known as B13 or CI-13kD-B. The immunogen is a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 86 of human NDUFA5, and the antibody is supplied at 100 µl. It is unconjugated and purified by antigen-affinity chromatography, then formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline with 20% glycerol (pH 7.0) containing 0.01% thimerosal as preservative. Validated applications are Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent has been verified for reactivity with human samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
