Anti-NDUFA13 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NDUFA13 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit A13), a 16 kDa accessory subunit of mitochondrial complex I. Listed under catalogue reference A36789 and supplied by AFMS as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL, the reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, purified by affinity chromatography against a recombinant human NDUFA13 immunogen. The antibody detects endogenous total NDUFA13 protein and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse, and rat samples.
