The NDUFA13 subunit, also called GRIM19, is the 16 kDa accessory subunit of mitochondrial NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (Complex I). This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows in human, mouse, and rat samples.
The product is supplied as a 100 µl liquid vial at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol. As an unconjugated reagent, it can be paired with custom HRP, biotin, or fluorophore conjugation for chromogenic or immunofluorescence detection.
NDUFA13 has documented roles in mitochondrial electron transport, IFN/RA-induced apoptosis, and tumor suppression pathways, making this reagent useful for studies of oxidative phosphorylation, cancer cell signaling, and mitochondrial complex I assembly. Researchers can use it to assess NDUFA13 expression across tissue sections by IHC, or to confirm expression in lysates from cultured cell lines and primary tissues by Western blot.
