Anti-NDUFA13 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-144 of human NDUFA13/GRIM19 (NP_057049.5). The target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been prepared by affinity purification.

Concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500 - 1:1,000.
