Anti-NDUFA10 Antibody

The immunogen is a fusion protein corresponding to a region derived from internal residues of the human target, and the reagent is provided as an unconjugated, antigen-affinity-purified preparation at 2 mg/mL in PBS pH 7.3 containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, where it detects endogenous levels of total NDUFA10 protein, and the host species and clonality make it well suited for standard chromogenic and immunofluorescence workflows following species-compatible secondary detection.
