Anti-NDUFA10 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this research-grade polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 10 (NDUFA10) and is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation in a 100 µL volume. The immunogen corresponds to a recombinant fragment spanning amino acids 43 to 333 of the human NDUFA10 protein, and the antibody has been validated for use on human samples in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. In WB, the manufacturer recommends loading approximately 30 µg of whole cell lysate per lane on a 10% SDS-PAGE gel and incubating the primary antibody at a working dilution of roughly 1:500, while IHC on paraffin-embedded tissue (such as colon sections) is performed at a suggested dilution near 1:100. The product is provided in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline supplemented with 10% glycerol at pH 7.0, with 0.01% thimerosal included as a preservative, and is shipped refrigerated at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
