NDUFA10 (NADH:Ubiquinone Oxidoreductase Subunit A10) is an accessory subunit of mitochondrial Complex I, the entry-point enzyme of the electron transport chain that transfers electrons from NADH to ubiquinone. Antibodies.com provides this rabbit polyclonal reagent for investigators studying mitochondrial bioenergetics, oxidative phosphorylation, and Complex I assembly in human cells and tissues.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows against human samples. It supports research into Leigh syndrome, Parkinson's disease models, and metabolic disorders in which Complex I integrity is compromised. Researchers often co-stain or immunoblot alongside mitochondrial markers such as COX IV or TOM20 to localize NDUFA10 within the inner mitochondrial membrane.

For best results, aliquot upon arrival to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and pair with appropriate secondary antibodies for the chosen detection method. The reagent is suitable for use with cell culture lysates, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, and fixed cell preparations requiring antibody-based detection of this Complex I subunit.
