Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NDRG2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography.

Reactivity has been demonstrated against human and mouse samples, with Antibodies.com also listing rat. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 138–357 of human NDRG2 (NP_963832.1), and the target is detected at molecular weights of 36 kDa and 41 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended working dilution for Western blot is 1:500–1:2,000.
