A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against NDRG1 and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for WB and ICC/IF applications and has been KO validated.
It is produced using a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around T346 of human NDRG1 (NP_001128714.1) as the immunogen, and recognises a target protein with a molecular weight of 48 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified.
For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
