Anti-NDRG1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NDRG1 (N-myc downstream-regulated gene 1) and is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified reagent at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL format. The antibody was generated by immunizing rabbits with a recombinant human NDRG1 protein, and the resulting IgG preparation detects the endogenous level of total NDRG1 protein in samples of human, mouse, and rat origin. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), making it suitable for studies of NDRG1 expression, differentiation-related signaling, and stress responses across common laboratory model systems. The product is shipped on wet ice at 4 °C in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
