Anti-NDEL1 Antibody

This unconjugated Primary Antibody from Antibodies.com is a polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit against NDEL1 (NudE Neurodevelopment Protein 1-Like 1), a ~38 kDa cytoskeletal regulator that governs neuronal migration, microtubule dynamics, and dynein-driven vesicle transport during brain development.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, the antibody binds NDEL1 in human, mouse, and rat samples and supports work on neurogenesis, centrosome function, and mitotic spindle assembly in dividing neural progenitors. Because NDEL1 is a substrate of Cdk5 and is cleaved by caspase-3 during apoptosis, this reagent is also used in studies of phosphorylation-dependent signaling and programmed cell death relevant to schizophrenia and lissencephaly research.

Supplied as a 100 µl aliquot of unconjugated polyclonal antiserum, the reagent pairs with standard HRP-, fluorophore-, or biotin-conjugated secondary antibodies for chromogenic or immunofluorescence detection on fixed tissue sections and Western blots.
