Anti-NDEL1 Antibody

A primary antibody reagent from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NDEL1. The unconjugated IgG is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human and mouse samples. It is validated for Western blotting at a recommended working dilution of 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified from the immunogen — a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-345 of human NDEL1 (NP_110435.1). The target has an apparent molecular weight of 39 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
