Anti-ND5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MT-ND5 (also referred to as ND5), supplied through Antibodies.com. The reagent is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype and is provided unconjugated. Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), with one accompanying scientific validation image.

The immunogen used for immunisation is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within amino acids 300–400 of mouse MT-ND5 (NP_904338.1). The product is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 67 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The recommended working dilution for Western blot is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
