Anti-NCSTN Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, offered by Antibodies.com, targets NCSTN (Nicastrin) and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 250–578 of human NCSTN (NP_056146.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Observed molecular weights are 110 kDa and 120 kDa.
