Anti-NCR1 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against NCR1. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for use in Western blot on human samples with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–258 of human NCR1 (NP_001138929.2), a target with a molecular weight of 34 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
