Anti-NCR1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes NCR1 (Natural Cytotoxicity Triggering Receptor 1, also known as NKp46 or CD335), a ~46 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed predominantly on the surface of natural killer (NK) cells. As a key activating receptor involved in innate immune surveillance, NCR1 plays a central role in target cell recognition and the lysis of tumor cells and virus-infected cells, making it a widely used marker for identifying and characterizing NK cell populations in immunology research.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied in a 100 µl volume and has been validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
