Anti-NCOR2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody directed against NCOR2/SMRT, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated and has been validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 670–900 of human NCOR2 (NP_006303.4). The antibody recognises a target with a molecular weight of 275 kDa and is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific. Purification is by affinity chromatography. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended applications include Western blot (1:500–1:2,000), Immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:200) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (1:50–1:100).
