Anti-NCoR1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets NCoR1 (Nuclear Receptor Corepressor 1), also referenced under the synonyms KIAA1047, N-CoR, and N-CoR1. It is supplied at the 50 µl pack size and is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The antibody is unconjugated and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography against a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region of human NCoR1, with the host species being Rabbit and the clonality Polyclonal (Rabbit IgG isotype). It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with Human samples, having been raised to detect endogenous levels of total NCoR1 protein. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
