Anti-NCOR1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NCOR1 (Nuclear Receptor Corepressor NCoR) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

It is raised in Rabbit and, according to the manufacturer datasheet, reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–200 of human NCOR1 (NCBI accession NP_006302.2).

The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the predicted target molecular weight is 270 kDa and the reagent concentration is lot specific. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. It is shipped at 4°C and, on receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
