Anti-NCOA1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises NCOA1, also referred to as KAT13A/SRC1. It is supplied unconjugated as a liquid reagent and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications on Human and Mouse samples.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 720-980 of human NCOA1 (NP_003734.3). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 157 kDa, and a recommended Western blot dilution of 1:500-1:2,000 is provided. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.
