Anti-NCoA-3 (S587) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against NCoA-3 (S587). It is supplied in unconjugated form and reacts with human samples.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, giving a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 558–600 of human NCoA-3, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of NCoA-3 protein, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 155 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
