Anti-NCoA-3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Anti-NCoA-3 reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human NCoA-3 (also known as SRC-3/RAC3/AIB1), a member of the nuclear receptor coactivator family implicated in hormone-dependent transcriptional activation. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, where it specifically detects endogenous levels of NCoA-3 protein. The reagent shows reactivity across human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of nuclear receptor signalling, breast cancer biology and related transcriptional regulation pathways. For laboratory use, the vial is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody integrity.
