Anti-NCL Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody specific for nucleolin (NCL), supplied unconjugated and available from Antibodies.com. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is confirmed to react with human and mouse samples.

Provided as a liquid formulation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, it is purified by affinity chromatography and shipped at 4 °C; aliquots should be stored at -20 °C to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 300–466 of human NCL (NP_005372.2). The target protein is reported at 110 kDa, and recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.
