Anti-NCK2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com and raised against NCK2 (Nck-2). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–380 of human NCK2 (NP_003572.2). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The reported molecular weight of the target is 43 kDa, and two scientific validation images are available.

Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
