Anti-NCK2 Antibody

Raised in rabbits, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets the cytoplasmic adaptor protein NCK2 (also known as Nckβ or GRB4), a 42.7 kDa scaffold composed of three N-terminal SH3 domains and a single C-terminal SH2 domain. NCK2 couples activated receptor tyrosine kinases to downstream effector networks controlling cytoskeletal remodeling, with documented roles in the ErbB and epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathways, axon guidance, and T-cell receptor signaling through SH2-mediated recognition of phosphotyrosine motifs on substrates such as SLP-76.

Each vial contains 100 µl of affinity-purified antibody supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide at pH 7.2. The reagent is validated for western blot at 1:500–1:2,000 dilution and immunohistochemistry (IHC) at 1:50–1:200 on human, mouse, and rat samples.
