Anti-Nck-2 (I364) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Nck-2 (I364), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 341–390 of human Nck-2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of NCK2 protein. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 43 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS), approximately pH 7.2, containing 0.05% sodium azide.
