Anti-NCF4 Antibody

The NCF4 (Neutrophil Cytosol Factor 4) polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit-derived IgG reagent raised against the p40phox subunit of the phagocytic NADPH oxidase complex. Supplied as 200 µL of unconjugated antisera, the antibody recognizes human, mouse, and rat NCF4 and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry applications.

p40phox participates in the assembly and membrane recruitment of the NOX2 complex during the respiratory burst, and loss-of-function variants in NCF4 are linked to chronic granulomatous disease.
