Anti-NCF2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets NCF2 (also known as p67-phox, NOXA2, Neutrophil cytosol factor 2, NADPH oxidase activator 2 and 67 kDa neutrophil oxidase factor) and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL vial. The antibody was raised against recombinant human NCF2 protein and affinity-purified, then formulated in phosphate-buffered saline pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol; it is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It reacts with human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue, with supporting immunofluorescence data on HeLa cells shown on the product page. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total NCF2 protein. For handling, it is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
