Anti-NCF1 (phospho-S328) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against NCF1 phosphorylated at serine 328. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human NCF1 around the S328 phosphorylation site, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of NCF1 protein around this phosphorylation site. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 31 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
