NCF1 (Neutrophil Cytosolic Factor 1), also known as p47phox, is a cytosolic organizer subunit of the phagocyte NADPH dehydrogenase complex, and phosphorylation at Serine 328 is a key regulatory event governing its conformational activation and membrane translocation during the respiratory burst.

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the phosphorylated S328 epitope of human NCF1 and cross-reacts with the corresponding rat and mouse orthologues, supporting translational work on innate immunity, oxidative stress, neutrophil biology, and models of chronic granulomatous disease.

The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, and is validated for western blot detection of the phosphorylated protein in lysates derived from stimulated phagocytic cells.

Researchers studying redox signalling, leukocyte recruitment, or kinase-dependent priming of NADPH oxidase assembly use this reagent to distinguish the activated, phosphorylated pool of p47phox from its resting state. Antibodies.com provides the polyclonal preparation with documented host species, clonality, and buffer composition.
