Anti-NCF1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NCF1 (Neutrophil Cytosol Factor 1, also known as p47-phox, NCF-1, NOXO2, or SH3PXD1A). It is supplied in a 50 µl volume at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody was affinity-purified using the immunogen — a recombinant human NCF1 protein — and is intended to detect endogenous levels of total NCF1 in human, mouse, and rat samples. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), making the reagent suitable for studies of the NADPH oxidase complex and neutrophil oxidative burst signaling. As a polyclonal reagent produced in rabbit, the antibody offers broad epitope coverage against the 47 kDa target protein. For best stability, the vial should be stored at –20 °C in aliquots to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles, with the glycerol-containing buffer protecting the protein during routine handling.
