Anti-NCF1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to NCF1/p47-phox, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The reagent is an unconjugated IgG polyclonal raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 47 kDa and the antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. It is purified by affinity purification, with a lot-specific concentration. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–390 of human p47phox/NCF1 (NP_000256.4). Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500, ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100, and IP: 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
