Anti-NCAPH Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available from Antibodies.com, is raised against NCAPH and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, with rabbit as the host species.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human NCAPH. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total NCAPH protein and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
