Anti-NCAM1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, targets NCAM1 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation, and it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 350–627 of human NCAM1/CD56 (NP_851996.2). The expected molecular weight range is 120–220 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and IP 1:50–1:200. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
