Anti-NCALD Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against NCALD, available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–193 of human NCALD (NP_114430.2).

The antibody is validated for western blotting, where it is recommended at a dilution of 1:500–1:2,000, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Applications listed by the supplier also include immunofluorescence. The target protein, neurocalcin delta, has a predicted molecular weight of 22 kDa.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
