Anti-NBR1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets NBR1 and is supplied as a liquid. Raised in rabbit hosts and of the IgG isotype, the unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP).

Reactivity is reported for human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human NBR1 (NP_005890.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 120 kDa.

The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:50–1:200 for IP.
