Anti-NBN Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets NBN (also referred to as NBS1). It is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, and ELISA applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 650-750 of human NBS1 and purified by affinity chromatography. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target has a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa and a predicted molecular weight of 85 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
