Antibodies.com Anti-NAV1 Antibody [KT126] is a rat monoclonal IgG2a reagent raised against human NAV1 (Neuron Navigator 1), a ~240 kDa microtubule-associated protein required for neuronal migration and axon guidance during central nervous system development.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 100 ug liquid aliquot in a vial and is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications on human cells and tissue. Researchers commonly apply the KT126 clone to track NAV1 distribution in differentiating neurons, study cytoskeletal regulation, and investigate links to neurodevelopmental disorders.

For stability, the reagent should be stored at -20 °C; aliquotting on receipt is recommended to limit freeze-thaw cycles. This product is intended for research use only.
