Anti-NAT8 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NAT8 and is supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. It is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified from the rabbit host.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 61-220 of human NAT8 (UniProt Q9UHE5) and detects endogenous levels of the target, which has a molecular weight of 26 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for IHC, with concentration reported per lot. The product is shipped at 4°C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
