Anti-NAT2 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises NAT2 (also referred to as NAT2/AT-2) and is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. Raised in Rabbit and of the IgG isotype, it is supplied unconjugated. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 171-290 of human NAT2 (NP_000006.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 36 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC.
