Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes NAT10 and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
It was raised against recombinant full length human NAT10 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the NAT10 protein. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
Affinity purification by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, with the target protein migrating at approximately 116 kDa.
